The staffs were very nice. The reception is open 24 hours. Staffs addressed my needs promptly and tried to give what I asked. The resort had a quiet atmosphere and I was able to relax near the beach. The complimentary tricycle service was helpful. My hotel room was clean. The bed was super comfy.

i adored the helpful staffs. They were so quick with their responses and always smiling. The location suited me, its closeness to local restaurants was good. Breakfast included many choices. I savored the experience of delicious food which encouraged me to rise each morning. THE beach and pool area were beautifully clean and peaceful.

I noticed slight wear in some areas. Updates could enhance the overall pristine ambiance a bit more.

I found the beachfront location very convenient. It allowed easy access to the sea for swimming! the breakfast buffet offered much variety, including both local and international options. the staff addressed my requests promptly. the gardens gave the hotel a peaceful, tropical feel.

the shower pressure in my room was quite low! it made it difficult to rinse off properly after swimming in the sea.

The staff provided excellent service from arrival until departure. The breakfast buffet included many options. Paddle boards were available at no extra cost. I really enjoy the landscaping throughout the hotel as it makes the premises more inviting.

The shower head in the bathroom needs replacing, it was a bit damaged. The water pressure was not great.

The staff weren't very attentive. I thought the customer service could be better. My one year old child was charged for the breakfast buffet. I thought it was unusual. The breakfast choices were also quite limited and repetitive. There should be more variety.
